The ProSale mobile app is a professional tool used by estate-sale and liquidation companies and their authorized staff to manage sales, inventory, and orders in the field.

• Account and login information. To use the mobile app you sign in with credentials issued by your company through ProSale's identity provider. We process your username/email, your role, and the company you are associated with so we can authenticate you and show you the right data.
• Content you create. Information you enter or capture while using the Services — for example product listings, descriptions, prices, categories, tags, sale details, orders, and photographs you take or upload of items for sale.
• Device and usage information. Basic technical information such as device model, operating-system version, app version, and diagnostic/log data used to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Services.
• Location information. Where you choose to search for or map estate sales, we use the address or approximate location you provide to display nearby sales and maps. The public website shows approximate, city-level locations for upcoming sales until the day before the sale.

How We Use Information

• To authenticate you and provide, maintain, and improve the Services.
• To store and display the sales, inventory, orders, and images you manage.
• To operate the public catalog and "find a sale" features.
• To secure the Services, prevent abuse, and diagnose technical problems.

• Your company. Data you create in the app is associated with your company's ProSale account and is accessible to authorized users of that company.
• Service providers. We use trusted infrastructure and service providers — including Amazon Web Services (hosting, storage, and mapping), and payment and communication providers — who process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.
• Legal. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of ProSale, our users, or the public.

Data Retention & Security

We retain information for as long as your company's account is active or as needed to provide the Services and meet legal obligations. We use industry-standard measures — including encryption in transit and access controls — to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.

Children's Privacy

The Services are intended for business use by professionals and are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your Choices & Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to your company's account administration and applicable law. Because app accounts are provisioned by your company, some requests may be directed to your company administrator. To make a request or ask a question, contact us using the details below.
